Several different projects beside the large polar
ecology course are organised. We started with polar
ecology seminars joined with guest lectures:

A lecture for wider public has also been organised.
Besides the academic audience, the secondary school students has participated.
The lecture entitled: "Czech scientists in the Arctic" was held in the main
university campus on March 30th 2012. invitation available
Polar Ecology Conference held in Ceske Budejovice September
30th - October 4th 2012 is being organised at the moment. More info about the

Workshop on research in Svalbard is being prepared
for the end of 2012.
